Carlson|This was a gift to my daughter who has loved all things "Wizard of Oz" since she was 5 years old, when I watched it with her and her siblings when NBC aired the film on TV in1968. She has watched it every time she knew it would be on TV since and, of course, now has the DVD. However, the only book she had was "The Wonderful W|About the Author|Lyman Frank Baum (May 15, 1856 – May 6, 1919), better known by his pen name L. Frank Baum, was an American author chiefly known for his children's books, particularly The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
