15 Pages. This book give instruction in two rare and quite beautiful techniques of lacemaking. The Teneriffe lace work is made using pins, a needle and thread. The thread is wound from pin to pin and then joined and formed into motifs and sewn together for a border. The Irish Tatting work contains spectacular borders, edgings and insertions that are tatted in fancy patterns reminiscent of the crocheted version. This work is quite beautiful! REPRODUCTION
